Use this form to register. Please read the program rules and registration terms carefully and then check the box before you submit your registration. This form provides $1 increment on fee. Please input the fee that you need to pay based on the class you register in the box right to the product. Do not leave it blank. Put as many details in PayPal comment field as possible when you are directed to PayPal page to pay the fee. Your information is not attached to the PayPal transaction if you do not provide comments on PayPal page which makes it hard to connect your payment to your registration information. All refunds will be deducted with a processing fee based on the amount set in that specific class ($35 minimum). We record all our online classes (video record). Please be advised on this rule before you register. By enrolling into our class, you indicate that you agree to our video recording of the class that you or your kid register for.
